Harvey Street - Flooring Repairs

The CBS team was tasked with repairing the flooring in seven distinct locations on the first floor. The team executed the project by removing ceiling tiles to access the C purlins, adding plywood on top of the structural pine for enhanced reinforcement, fastening it securely by screwing through the C purlins, and affixing the underside of the existing floor. In two instances where the client's access was restricted, manholes were integrated into the current gyprock ceiling. Upon completion of the project, the team reinstated the initial ceiling tiles and meticulously tidied the workspace. The client expressed great satisfaction with the outcome.
