Villa 9: Refurbishment

The villa underwent extensive renovations carried out by our skilled team, encompassing a range of enhancements. These included a comprehensive kitchen overhaul, removal of pantry shelves and wardrobe drawers, and a refurbishment of the laundry cupboard. Moreover, the team replaced all fly screen mesh, added new door stops and seals, installed a secure front door handle, rectified any wall and ceiling imperfections, replaced vanity handles, updated the mirror, added rubber seals to the shower screen doors, and fitted a new garage roller door with track and motor. Additionally, they upgraded the lighting and doorbell systems, reinstalled the exhaust fan, serviced the air conditioning unit, installed plumbing fixtures in the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry areas, completed tiling work, installed a new toilet, and applied fresh paint where necessary.
